
GLUTEN-DEGRADING PROBIOTICS
Gluten is a protein found in wheat flour, made up mainly of glutenin (which gives elasticity) and gliadin (which gives stretch and texture). Because it is difficult to digest, gluten remnants often remain in the gut and are considered a major contributor to various health issues.


As Western diets such as bread, pizza, and pasta have become more common, gluten-related disorders have rapidly increased. Gluten is now recognized as one of the key factors contributing to serious conditions including obesity.
To help prevent issues such as obesity, skin disorders, indigestion, and intestinal inflammation, we developed and patented a strain with outstanding gluten-degrading activity and the ability to help reduce inflammation caused by gluten.


Our gluten-degrading probiotics include GLU70, which breaks down gluten and helps protect the gut from inflammation, and MB0601, which breaks down gluten and supports digestive enzymes to improve digestion.
MB1 and MB2 are heat-treated forms of these strains, and with strong acid and bile resistance, they add extra stability and effectiveness.
