GlutenCook! The Shortcut to Gluten-Free



An experiment was conducted to compare how long it takes for gluten in wheat flour to break down when soaked in plain water versus when treated with GlutenCook, which contains a patented strain with outstanding gluten-degrading effects.


In the GlutenCook group, the gluten was broken down and observed to disintegrate into a porridge-like form.


This video demonstrates the gluten-degrading effectiveness of GlutenCook. Conveniently packaged in sachets, GlutenCook can be easily used with any wheat-based food.
