Microbiome Inc. Conducts Gluten-Degrading Experiment with Patented Strain GLU70 — “Results Show Excellent Effectiveness”


Microbiome Inc. conducted a gluten-degrading experiment using its patented strain, GLU70, to evaluate its effectiveness.


Under identical experimental conditions, gluten samples in the group treated with GLU70 were observed to be completely degraded.


Based on these results, GLU70 demonstrates outstanding gluten-degrading activity, suggesting its potential to help prevent diseases associated with gluten.

Only partial surface degradation observed.

Compared with the probiotic group, almost no degradation occurred.
